You will receive an SMS confirmation once a remittance is sent to your GCash wallet through any of our remittance partners.
Note: Didn’t get an SMS? You might have to claim it using a reference number.
Check your GCash wallet to verify that you received the remittance. You may also check your transaction history.
Open up the GCash app and tap Cash In.
From the How to Cash In menu, choose Global Banks and Partners.
Under Global Partners > Online Remittance Claim, select a remittance partner.
Enter the amount you want to Cash In and other required account information,
and hit Next.
Click next to proceed with
your transaction.
If extra verification is needed, we’ll send your One-Time PIN via text.
We’ll send you a confirmation message via app inbox. You may also refer to your transaction history for confirmation.
