Open GCash

Open the GCash app and tap Profile on the dashboard.

Select My Linked Accounts

On the Profile menu, select My Linked Accounts.

Select PayPal

On the My Linked Accounts menu, select PayPal.

Begin the linking process

Click the Link Account button to link your PayPal account to your GCash wallet.

Input your PayPal details

Enter your PayPal-registered email and password.

Confirm your account linking

Agree to PayPal’s Terms and Conditions in order to confirm your account linking.

Success!

You have successfully linked your PayPal account to your GCash wallet. Begin your easy transfers and instant receipts!

Open GCash

Open the GCash app and tap Profile on the dashboard.

Select My Linked Accounts

On the Profile menu, select My Linked Accounts.

Select Payoneer

On the My Linked Accounts menu, select Payoneer.

Begin the linking process

Click the Link Account button to link your Payoneer account to your GCash wallet.   

Note: If users do not yet have a Payoneer Account, they must click on Create Account. Only confirmed Payoneer accounts can be linked to your GCash wallet.

Input your Payoneer details

Enter your Payoneer-registered email and password.

Confirm your account linking

Agree to Payoneer’s Terms and Conditions in order to confirm your account linking.

Linking processing

Wait for a message in your GCash inbox confirming successful linking. Once linked, begin your easy transfers and instant receipts!

Open GCash

Open the GCash app and tap Cash In on the dashboard.

Select Global Banks and Partners

From the How to Cash In menu, choose Global Banks and Partners.

Select PayPal or Payoneer

Under Partners, select either PayPal or Payoneer. Make sure your account/s are linked in order to successfully cash in.

Enter info

Enter the amount you want to cash in and hit Next.

Follow instructions

Review the cash in amount and fee. Then click Proceed to complete your transaction.

Input One-Time Pin

If extra verification is needed, we’ll send your One-Time PIN via text.

How can I link my PayPal account?

Before you can link your PayPal to GCash, you need to meet the following requirements:
‍

Your GCash account must be Fully Verified‍
Your PayPal account must be Philippine-based and verified.

There are two ways to link your account:
‍Note: Only one PayPal account may be linked to a GCash account and vice versa.

A. via My Linked Accounts

On the GCash homepage, tap Profile.
Tap My Linked Accounts > PayPal.
Enter your PayPal login credentials and tap Next.
You’re all set! Tap Okay on the confirmation page.

B. via Cash In

On the GCash homepage, tap Cash In.
Tap Global Banks and Partners > PayPal.
Enter your PayPal login credentials and tap Next.
You’re all set! Tap Okay on the confirmation page.

For security purposes, you may be prompted to re-link your PayPal account. Follow the same instructions to re-link.

How do I cash in via PayPal?

Before you can cash in, make sure that you check the following first:
‍

Your PayPal account is already linked to your GCash account
Convert your PayPal funds into Peso (PHP) for seamless withdrawals. If you currently do not have Philippine Peso added as a currency, log in to your PayPal account to add the new currency balance.

Cash in via PayPal by following the steps below:
‍

On the GCash homepage, tap Cash In.
Tap Global Banks and Partners > PayPal.
Enter your PayPal login credentials and tap Next.
Confirm the amount for cash in.
You will receive a notification in your app Inbox when the funds have been added to your wallet.

Cash In transactions made via PayPal are processed immediately, but it may take 24-48 hours for the funds to appear in your GCash wallet.

Linking your PayPal to GCash increases your wallet limit to PHP 500,000.

Is there a cash in fee?

Yes, there is a fee when you cash in via PayPal.

Effective March 4, 2024, a fee worth 1% of the cash in amount will be charged per transaction.

Why can’t I link my PayPal account to GCash?

If you can’t link your Paypal account to GCash, double-check if you fulfill all of the requirements below:
‍

Your GCash account is Fully Verified.
Your PayPal account is Philippine-based and verified.

If a problem persists, you may submit a ticket.

Why is my cash in transaction being declined?

Check if you are still within your GCash Wallet and Transaction Limits.
Check if you have linked your Paypal account to GCash.
Learn how to troubleshoot common app issues, then try cashing in again.
Check your PayPal account for restrictions or needed verification, then relink to GCash to be able to cash in again. PayPal may have placed limitations on your account due to one of the following reasons: unauthorized use, account limits, higher-risk activity, or an inactive account.

Can I use my international SIM to cash in with PayPal?

No, only a Philippine SIM can be used.

How can I link my Payoneer account?

Before you can link your Payoneer to GCash, you need to meet the following requirements:

There are two ways to link your account:
Note: Make sure your Payoneer account is verified before linking it to GCash. If you don't have a Payoneer account yet, you can create one straight from the GCash app.

Tap Link Account
Enter your Payoneer login credentials
Enter the verification code received via SMS

B. via Cash In

On the GCash homepage, tap Cash In.
Tap Global Banks and Partners > Payoneer
Enter your Payoneer login credentials.
Enter the verification code received via SMS.
The linking of your account will be processed. Please wait for confirmation via text message. You can only start cashing in once the linking is successful.

If you have not used your Payoneer account to cash in for more than a month, you may be prompted to re-link. Follow the same instructions to re-link.

I don’t have a Payoneer account yet. How can I create one?

Create your Payoneer account by following the steps below:
‍

On the GCash homepage, tap Profile.
Select My Linked Accounts > Payoneer.
Select Create an Account.
Tap on Register with GCash if you want to use your GCash details, or select Create an Account if you prefer to enter your details manually.
Fill out the necessary information to successfully create an account.
A confirmation screen will appear to inform you that your application is being processed.
You will receive an email from Payoneer that your application is being reviewed. Once approved, you will receive another email confirmation with further details.

New applications are usually reviewed immediately, but some may take up to three (3) business days. Visit Payoneer's website for more information.

How do I cash in via Payoneer?

Cash in via Payoneer by following the steps below:
‍

On the GCash homepage, tap Cash In.
Select Global Banks and Partners > Payoneer.
Select the currency balance and input your desired amount.
Review the details of your cash in then select Confirm.
Input the OTP code sent to your GCash-registered mobile number.
You'll be led to a page that confirms that your cash in is being processed and may take up to 5 minutes.
You will receive an SMS notification to confirm your cash in was successful.

Is there a cash in fee?

Yes, there is a fee when you cash in via Payoneer.
‍
Effective July 8, 2024, a fee worth 1% of the cash in amount will be charged per transaction.

Why can’t I link my Payoneer account to GCash?

If you can’t log in to Payoneer when trying to link accounts, try following these steps:
‍

Reset your Payoneer password.
Wait 24 hours after your Payoneer password was reset.
Log in via the Payoneer website using your new credentials.
Try and link your Payoneer account to your GCash account again.

If you still can't link your Payoneer account to GCash, please contact Payoneer’s Customer Care at customerservicemanager@payoneer.com for them to assist you with your Payoneer account. Should you need more assistance, submit a ticket in the GCash Help Center.

Why is my cash in transaction being declined?

If you are unable to cash in, please contact customerservicemanager@payoneer.com to unlink your account so you may attempt to link and cash in again.If you're experiencing an error and can't cash in, click here to report the error message so that we can assist you.

Can I use my international SIM to cash in with Payoneer?
