The Promo period will run from March 9, 2024 - May 31, 2024.
This promo shall be open to all verified new and existing GCash Visa Card users nationwide who have ordered a GCash Visa Card or made any GCash Card payment using their GCash Visa Card, whether in the Philippines or abroad.

Users can earn the corresponding amount of raffle entries when with the following transactions:

There is no limit to the number of raffle entries a user may acquire for Local (PH) payments within the promo period. However, a cap of 40 raffle entries for International transactions will apply, such that a maximum of 4 international transactions per day may earn raffle entries. A user may also only order a GCash Card once and so may only receive one raffle entry during the promo period.
There will be a total of three (3) winners who will be winning a Trip for 2 Hospitality Package to the Paris Paralympic Games 2024. The experience is good for two (2) pax and shall have the following inclusions, courtesy of Visa. Winners will be informed via email and Viber coordination on booking details for the flights.
1. Roundtrip economy class flights from Manila to Paris
2. 4-Star accommodations for 5D/4N at a boutique hotel in the heart of Paris;
3. All scheduled ground transportation, including airport transfers in the host city;
4. Pre-loaded Visa card with pocket money;
5. Premium access to Paralympic Games events and branded merchandise
Refunded transactions and fraudulent transactions are not eligible for raffle entries.
After the promo ends and the winners have been selected, the winners will be notified via SMS and email. Both the SMS and email will specify the promo DTI permit number as well as the contact details of the representative they should be reaching out to for coordination and inquiries
A participant can only win one Trip to the Paralympic Games Paris 2024 package once throughout the whole campaign
There will be three (3) winners for the Trip to the Paralympic Games Paris 2024 package. Winners selection will be determined within 14 days after the promo duration has ended.
The winner is expected to reply within 10 calendar days from the notification from GCash while actual handover of the prize will be done within 60 days upon notification. If there is no response from the winner within this period, the prize shall be forfeited and will be awarded to a back-up winner, which shall be determined in the presence of a DTI Representative.
The raffle prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items/ services. Visa reserves the right to replace any of the prize values with equivalent alternatives in the event of lack of availability, e.g., 4-star hotel availability.
Prizes are forfeit, non transferable, and non convertible if the selected winner does not have a valid Philippine passport at the time of winner selection. If the drawn winner does not have a valid Philippine passport at the time of winner selection, then another winner will be selected.
Winners must agree to attend the assigned Paris Paralympic events and games upon acceptance of the prize. Otherwise, another winner will be chosen.
GCash reserves the right to not award, cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit to accounts that are proven to be invalid (i.e same user using a different mobile number winning more than once) or fraudulent.
All out-of-pocket expenses, spending money, meals, travel expenses, travel insurance and any other ancillary costs and expenses incurred by the Cardholder and their nominated guest that are related to the prize/tour are the responsibility of the Cardholder, where applicable.
All travel insurance, personal passport, travel visa processing fees and other ancillary costs, except those explicitly stated in the “Prizes” section, to be incurred by the winners and their nominated companions are the responsibility of the winners and their nominated companions.
In the event that the winner is based outside of Metro Manila, the winner shall shoulder the transportation costs and all other travel expenses (hotel accommodations, food, etc.) in going to and from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila.
The roundtrip economy class flights from Manila to Paris shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The winner shall travel on August 27 to 31, 2024 in time for the Paralympic Games Paris 2024 events and can no longer be extended or rebooked.
2. Details of the winners will be provided by GCash to Visa on or before June 18, 2024 and cannot be amended thereafter.
3. All flights are non-changeable, non-refundable and non-transferrable once ticketed.
4. Flights shall be delivered by international carriers/airlines as available Only the cost of the flight is covered
5. Other costs such as additional baggage costs beyond allocated baggage weight, terminal fees, incidental expenses while in transit, etc., are excluded
6. Winners will be informed via email and Viber coordination on booking details for the flights.
The winners shall grant GCash and Visa the exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information, photographs and videos in connection with the promo for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, grant or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, website or social media pages. The winners may likewise be required to participate in publicity programs which GCashand/or Visa may organize. Expenses and/or costs for attending such functions shall be shouldered by the winners.
Upon claiming of the prize, the winners agree to free GCash and Visa from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prizes, provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the side of GCash or Visa. GCash and Visa shall not be held liable for any claim related to the raffle rewards.Consequently, GCash and Visa shall not entertain any request for indemnity of reimbursement accompanying such claim.
