This promo shall be open to all verified new and existing GCash users nationwide that have NFC-enabled android phones, have opted in to join the raffle, and use Tap to Pay with a PHP 50 minimum spend, whether in the Philippines or abroad.

2. Check the Action Cards below the Explore the app carousel for the promotion.
3. Tap the Action Card to opt in.
4. Once the card is tapped, the user has opted in to all remaining draws of the raffle.

PROMO MECHANICS

1. Eligible users will be given the corresponding amount of raffle entries the day after they do a successful Tap to Pay transaction and opt in to join the raffle:

2. There is no limit to the number of raffle entries a user may acquire for Local (PH) and international payments within the promo period.
3. Refunded transactions and fraudulent transactions are not eligible for raffle entries.
4. After the promo ends and the winners have been selected, the winners will be notified via email, registered mail, push notifications and GCash app inbox.
5. The Promo period will run from September 15, 2025 to October 13, 2025.
6. A participant can only win a BYD Seal 5 DM-i Dynamic Vehicle once throughout the whole campaign.
7. Winners selection will be done via an online randomizer with a DTI representative present following the Schedule of Raffle Draws above.
8. The winners are expected to reply within 10 calendar days from the notification from GCash while actual claiming of the prize will be done by the winner and the BYD dealership within 60 days upon notification. If there is no response from the winner within this period, the prize shall be forfeited and will be awarded to a back-up winner, which shall be determined in the presence of a DTI Representative.
9. The BYD Seal 5 DM-i Dynamic Vehicle is non-transferable and not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items/ services.  
10. GCash reserves the right to select the trims/variants of the BYD Seal 5 DM-i Dynamic Vehicle.
11. Winners of the BYD Seal 5 DM-i Dynamic Vehicle must go to any of the BYD dealerships located in Metro Manila, Cebu, or Davao to claim the car. 
12. GCash reserves the right to not award, cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit to accounts that are proven to be invalid (i.e same user using a different mobile number winning more than once) or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
13. All out-of-pocket expenses, transportation to and from the dealership, transporting the car, and any other ancillary costs and expenses incurred by the winner are the responsibility of the winner, where applicable. 
14. In the event that the BYD Seal 5 DM-i Dynamic Vehicle winner is based outside of Metro Manila, Cebu, or Davao the winner shall shoulder the transportation costs and all other travel expenses in going to and from the BYD Dealerships.
15. The BYD Seal 5 DM-i Dynamic Vehicle shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:
    
    • The winner must claim the car within 60 days of notification.
    • Details of the winners will be provided by GCash to BYD.
    • The prize is non-changeable, non-refundable and non-transferrable. 
    • Car shall be claimed by the winner in any BYD dealership.
    • Only the cost of the car is covered.
    • Other costs such as transportation costs are excluded.

16. GCash reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions with prior approval of DTI.
17. All GCash employees, their partners and affiliates, and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from winning the Tap to Pay x BYD Raffle with GCash prize.
18. 20% prize taxes shall be shouldered by GCash
19. The winners shall grant GCash the exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information, photographs and videos in connection with the promo for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, grant or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, website or social media pages. The winners may likewise be required to participate in publicity programs which GCash may organize. Expenses and/or costs for attending such functions shall be shouldered by the winners.
20. Upon claiming the prize, the winners agree to free GCash from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prizes, provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the side of GCash. GCash shall not be held liable for any claim related to the raffle rewards .Consequently, GCash shall not entertain any request for indemnity of reimbursement accompanying such claim.
