- The user must have an active Express Send Scam Insurance policy before the Weekly draw every Friday.
- The reward has no expiration date.
- The deadline for qualification of entries will be every Friday.
- The draw will be held every Friday, in the presence of a DTI representative.

HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE:
- The participants will receive an email/SMS by GCash confirming that they won a prize.
- The user must have an active Express Send Scam Insurance policy before every weekly draw.
- An eligible user will be notified by online channels and in-app/external ad regarding the Express Send scam insurance promo. For the winners who won the major prize, they will be notified on their registered mail or mobile number.
- Once claimed, the additional amount on their wallet can be used for any transactional purposes in the app.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- This promo is open to fully verified GCash users from XX. (“Eligible Users”).
- The Eligible User should have an active Express Send Scam Insurance policy before every weekly draw (Friday) to qualify for the promo.
- You can have multiple entries, as long as the policy is still active.
- The prize will be made valid with no expiration.
- A customer must have an email-verified, active GCash account after the promo duration.
- A total of two-hundred (200) winners receive Php 200 cashback for insured Express Send transactions with Express Send Scam Insurance on GCash. This will be credited to his/her/their GCash account every Saturday (“Crediting Period”).

- Are there individuals who are not eligible to join the promo? Yes, the following individuals are NOT eligible to join the promo:
- Employees, affiliates, subsidiary companies, and representatives of GCash. Partner agents of GCash, Insurance Company of North America (a Chubb Company) including affiliates and subsidiary companies.
- Any person or entity professionally connected with the promotion; and any person prohibited from participating in the Promotion under any statute, law, regulation, ordinance, rule, directive, guideline, policy, requirement, or other governmental restriction or any similar form of decision, or determination by, or any interpretation or administration of any of the foregoing by the Philippines or any instrumentality thereof.
- Users who engage in fraud or any form of promo abuse, and those barred from promotional activities.
- Users who have not received the message instructions by GCash.
- In case of dispute concerning the GCash subscriber’s eligibility, actual SMS and in-app/external ads, etc, GCash’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the threat holder’s eligibility for the promo or any redemption shall be resolved by GCash at its discretion with the concurrence of DTI.
- GCash reserves the right and has the authority to deny rewards for incorrect user data, fraudulent transactions, infringement on the terms of use, or other illegal actions as mandated by Philippine law.
- Participating billers are all billers (new and existing billers, with an option to avail Bill Protect) under GCash Pay bills. You may find the list of billers in the GCash app.
- Employees of GCash and Insurance Company of North America (a Chubb Company) including their relatives up to 2nd degree of consaguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the promo.
