You may use the voucher by going to your Voucher Pocket (https://go.gcash.com/voucherpocket) on the GCash app. Once you buy load within the required minimum spend (if any), discount will automatically apply upon check out.

2. Select telco/broadband provider or non-telco load needed
3. Choose recipient and preferred load amount/combo
4. The load voucher will be automatically applied. Click the 'Pay' button to proceed with the payment.
5. If you do not want to use your voucher for a particular transaction, click the discount amount indicated in the payment page and unselect the voucher.
You are eligible to receive one (1) ₱10 load voucher. The voucher may only be availed once per user.
The ₱10 load voucher in your Voucher Pocket has no minimum spend required to use it.

No, each voucher you’ve received is only valid for one-time use (ex. ₱10 load voucher is only valid for one-time use). But feel free to continue buying load and using other GCash services as much as you want!

2. The voucher has already expired (It has already been past 10 days since you received the SMS)
