PDAX reserves the right to disqualify and exclude users who are found to be in violation of the PDAX Terms and Conditions, Platform Rules, and Applicable Law and Regulations, as set forth in the User Agreement found in https://pdax.ph/rule/terms-and-conditions or wherever it may be transferred with due notice. Decisions made by PDAX in accordance with these Program Mechanics, and the aforesaid terms and conditions, rules, and regulations, with respect to all matters relating to this Program will be final and binding on all users.
2. PDAX reserves the right to cancel, amend, or otherwise revise these mechanics at its sole discretion.
