The AB Capital Securities Incentive Raffle (the “Raffle”) is managed by AB Capital Securities Inc. (the “Company”), an affiliate of AB Capital & Investment Corporation and a member-broker of the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE).
The Raffle shall provide Fifty-Thousand Pesos (Php50,000.00) (the “Incentive”) to one (1) eligible individual with an approved GStocks PH account (the “GStocks client”).
1. The Raffle is open only to eligible GStocks clients
2. To qualify for the Incentive, a GStocks client must execute a successful buy or sell transaction through their GStocks PH account, with a minimum value of Eight Thousand Pesos (Php8,000.00).
3. Each Eight Thousand Peso (P8,000) transaction constitutes one entry into the raffle.
4. A user may have a maximum of 6 raffle entries
5. For single transactions worth more than Eight Thousand Pesos (P8,000), additional entries will be given, based on multiples of Eight Thousand (8,000). For example, a Sixteen Thousand Peso (P16,000) transaction would constitute as two (2) entries, while a Fifteen Thousand Peso (P15,000) transaction would constitute as only one (1) entry.
6. The trade must be executed successfully and confirmed by the Company during the Raffle period.
7. The winner will be chosen at random, and must not be an employee from either GCash or AB Capital.
8. After the promo period, the winner will be contacted as a way to inform them that they have won the raffle prize via edm and/or sms.This will also be announced on the GCash page and ABCAP page. Both direct contact of the winner and posting on the GCash and AB Cap pages will be done within two (2) weeks from the end of the promo (January 14, 2024 latest)
9. The winner will be seeded their Fifty-Thousand Pesos (Php50,000.00) incentive within one (1) week of the announcement (January 21, 2025 latest).
10. The Fifty-Thousand Pesos (Php50,000.00) incentive will be seeded straight to the user’s GStocks wallet and cannot be withdrawn
11. The Company, at its discretion, may exclude GStocks clients from the Raffle for violations or breaches of these Terms and Conditions or any terms relating to their brokerage account. No Incentive shall be credited to a GStocks client excluded from the Raffle.
12. In the event of any inconsistency with the terms of the brokerage account and the Terms and Conditions of the Raffle, the latter shall prevail.
13. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to the Raffle shall be decided by the Company and said decision shall be final.
14. The Company reserves the right to discontinue the Raffle at any time. To ensure objectivity, the Raffle will be reviewed after the pilot run and changes, if any, may be made by the Company at its discretion. The Raffle shall be effective on December 9, 2024 and terminate on January 8, 2024..
15. The Terms and Conditions of the Raffle have been submitted to theSecurities and Exchange Commission and were approved on December 9, 2024
16. GCash reserves the right and has the authority to conduct audits and/or to deny rewards for incorrect user data, fraudulent transactions, infringement on the terms of use, or other illegal actions as mandated by Philippine law.
