The validity of each user will be determined by the cumulative amount they spent paying via Global Pay Scan to Pay at Alipay+ merchants abroad for the existing month.
E.g A user who does 2 transactions both worth Php 5,000 in spend will accumulate a total spend of Php 10,000 which qualifies him or her to receive Php 1,000 cash back
