Qualified users are those who transact on the Zalora site with a minimum spend of P10,000 and use GGives as payment method. Minimum spend must be reached, net of any discounts applied.

Each customer will only be able to avail of the cashback once.
The cashback is to be disbursed directly to the customer’s GCash wallet within forty-five (45) business days after the 15 day promo period ends.
Canceled or refunded transactions are not qualified for the cashback.

Qualified users will receive an SMS from GCash once the cashback has been credited to
their GCash wallets.
Any person or entity professionally connected with the promotion; and any person
prohibited from participating in the Promotion under any statute, law, regulation,
ordinance, rule, directive, guideline, policy, requirement, or other governmental
restriction or any similar form of decision, or determination by, or any interpretation
or administration of any of the foregoing by the Philippines or any instrumentality
thereof.
Ineligible GGives users who do not meet the qualification requirements
Users who engage in this or any form of promo abuse will be barred from future
promotional activities.
The cashback will be available in the qualified customer’s GCash wallet within 30 business
days after the promo period. Make sure to check your GCash transaction history to monitor
if you’ve received the cashback or wait for the SMS notification to indicate the cashback
has been credited to your GCash wallet. If there is no adjustment or no SMS notification,
and it has been beyond 45 working days since the end of promo period, please go to
help.gcash.com and submit a ticket to follow up.
