Promo Eligibility and Applicability

Raffle Promo Mechanics

1. The GCredit Raffle Promo in partnership with CIMB is available to eligible GCash users with activated GCredit accounts.
2. Users may visit https://new.gcash.com/services/gcredit to learn how to activate and use GCredit.
3. The GCredit Raffle Promo will only apply for all GCredit purchases with a minimum spend of Php500 in a single receipt purchase. Customers can double their entries when they use it to travel merchants (RFID, Petrol, Bus Stations, Ports).
4. All transactions made during the promo period are subject to transaction verification.
5. GCredit Raffle Promo is available from April 21, 2025 (12:00AM) to June 30, 2025 (23:59).
6. 38  winners will be randomly selected by the GCash team. A DTI representative will be present during the raffle draw and winners will be drawn for the following prices in the order listed below: 

7. A raffle winner may only win once. Raffle entries are non-refundable and non-replaceable. Trip to Boracay prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash, credit, or other goods and services. ​
8. Winners must have a verified email address and address linked to their active mobile number used for their GCash account. The winners will be notified via registered mail, SMS, email, or phone call to their GCash number. A GCash representative will contact the winners to verify their identity and provide instructions on how to claim their prize.
9. Once validated, winners have a maximum of sixty (60) days to claim the prize from the receipt of the registered notice.​
10. All employees of G-Xchange, Inc., sponsor’s agency, merchants including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
11. Upon joining the raffle promo, the subscriber authorizes GCash to process personal information for the performance of the promotion. The subscriber agrees and acknowledges that he or she had completely read and understood the promo mechanics and attached terms and conditions.
12. GCash will contact the winners to confirm their preferred travel dates. Once finalized, a GCash representative will endorse the winners’ names and contact details to GCash’s travel agency partner, who will handle the flight and accommodation arrangements. By participating in this promo, the winner agrees to provide their personal information to GCash for processing.
13. Each winner will receive a round-trip ticket to Boracay, hotel accommodation, and pocket money. GCash will determine the airline and hotel accommodations at its discretion. Any additional expenses beyond the covered package, including but not limited to room incidentals, excess baggage fees, terminal fees, and other incidental costs, will be shouldered by the winner.
14. The winner agrees that the designated point of departure to Boracay will be Manila. All other expenses not explicitly stated as part of the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. This includes any additional costs incurred before, during, or after the trip.
15. By accepting the prize, the winner grants GCash permission to use their personal information, photographs, and videos for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, featuring their images or stories on websites and social media platforms, without any claim to royalty, compensation, or remuneration.

Terms & Conditions

1. By participating in this promotion, raffle winners agree to be featured in any promotional announcements related to the promo through the following channels: website, social media, print, and online media. Publication will be in accordance with the promotion mechanics and the guidelines set by the Department of Trade & Industry (DTI) for Sales Promotions.
2. GCash reserves the right to use the name, image, and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion, without any further compensation.
3. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or terms and conditions outlined here may result in the forfeiture of the winner's prize, subject to prior approval from DTI-FTEB.
4. Customers who have been determined to be fraudulent or abusive in any ongoing or completed GCash promotion are automatically disqualified for the promo.
5. GCash, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards for suspicion of abuse or fraud in concurrence with DTI.
6. GCash reserves the right and has the authority to deny rewards for incorrect user data, fraudulent transactions, infringement on the terms of use, or other illegal actions as mandated by Philippine law.

Claiming and Terms of Prizes

1. The winners will be notified via registered mail, SMS, email, or phone call to their GCash number. A GCash representative will contact the winners to verify their identity and provide instructions on the next steps.
2. A consent form will be sent to the winners, which they must sign and return to the GCash team within the specified time frame.
3. Once the consent form has been received and validated by the GCash team, the winners will receive further instructions on how to claim their prize.
