Promo Mechanics

Open only to eligible GCredit customers under CIMB Bank who received an SMS, Push Notification and/or E-mail from us that contains the campaign message will be eligible for the promotion.
Eligible users will earn raffle tickets when they spend using GCredit from December 6 to December 31, 2024.
Users will earn raffle tickets based on the minimum spend and prize table below using GCredit in the following categories and during the specified spend periods:

Eligible customers may continuously earn raffle tickets from multiple purchases as long as they are within the raffle period and they meet the criteria below:

All raffle tickets will be electronically issued by GCash. Raffle winners will be drawn from the list of valid raffle tickets for the spend period. The raffle draws will be conducted at the GCash office with address 8TH FLOOR, W GLOBAL CENTER, 9TH AVENUE COR. 30TH STREET, BGC, TAGUIG CITY at 10:00AM (via Google Meet) with the under the supervision of a DTI representative. The spend period and draw dates are specified below:

A customer may only win once per category but is still eligible to win in a different category as long as they meet the spend requirements within the spend period.
If the customer is drawn more than once, he/she will receive the reward of higher value.
Each raffle draw, the prizes and quantity of winners are as follows:

The cash prize will be seeded to the customer’s GCash wallet within 30 days after the raffle draw. The cash prize is transferable.
The automatic SMS will serve as the electronic raffle ticket.
Winners will be notified via SMS and/or registered mail.
Redemption of prizes is until 60 days upon receipt of notification.
Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) shall be shouldered by GCash.
Prize winners will receive communications via registered email and/or SMS via their registered phone number from GCash containing instructions on how to claim prizes.
Employees of G-Xchange, Inc., CIMB Bank Philippines, and other agencies (advertising, promotion, etc.) including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle.
By joining the raffle, you agree to allow GCash to announce your name on social media platforms if you win the raffle. If you do not agree, please raise a ticket with the GCash Helpdesk so that you may be removed from the raffle draw.
GCash & CIMB Bank reserves the right and has the authority to deny rewards for incorrect user data, fraudulent transactions, infringement on the terms of use, or other illegal actions as mandated by Philippine law.

Customers who spend using GCredit for Food, Online, and Supermarkets during the specified promo period for each category can earn raffle tickets for the raffle draw. Customers need to spend a minimum amount of P1,000 per transaction to earn a raffle ticket. The minimum spend, prizes, and schedule of raffle draw as specified in the table above.

Eligible users can avail of the promo by following 3 easy steps:

Use GCredit for or Food, Online, and Supermarkets during the specified promo period for each category. You will earn a raffle ticket for every single receipt spend of P1,000. You may earn x2 raffle tickets if the transaction was made on a weekend.
On the raffle draw date, the GCash team will conduct the raffle draw in the presence of a DTI evaluator.
Prize winners will be notified via official GCash communication channels.

The promo period is from December 6, 2024 until December 31, 2024 .

The cash prize will be credited to your GCash wallet within 30 days from the raffle draw.

Winners will receive an email and/or SMS from GCash sent to the winners’ registered email address and mobile number.

Any person or entity professionally connected with the promotion; and any person prohibited from participating in the Promotion under any statute, law, regulation, ordinance, rule, directive, guideline, policy, requirement, or other governmental restriction or any similar form of decision, or determination by, or any interpretation or administration of any of the foregoing by the Philippines or any instrumentality thereof.

Ineligible GCredit users who did not receive the promo communications.

Users who engage in this or any form of promo abuse will be barred from future promotional activities.

Your cash prize will be credited to your GCash wallet within 30 business days after the raffle draw. If you still haven’t received your GCash cash prize 30 days after the raffle draw, please go to help.gcash.com and submit a ticket.
