1. This promo shall be open to all verified new and existing GCash users nationwide who have opted in to join the raffle and ordered and linked a card or made any GCash Card payment using their GCash Visa Card, whether in the Philippines or abroad.

How to order a GCash Visa Card:
a. Open the GCash app: and log in.
b. Tap on "Cards": on the GCash homepage.
c. Select "Order a GCash Card" .
d. Choose "Order a card": and then "Send me a Card".
e. Review your account information: and tap "Next".
f. Complete the required information: and select "Next".
g. Tap "Pay": to finalize the order.
h. You should see a message confirming that your GCash Card order was successful.

How to link your card:
a. Open the GCash app: and log in.
b. Tap on "Cards" .
c. Select "Link my Card" .
d. Enter the 6-digit authentication code: and tap "Submit".
e. Fill in the last 4 digits of your card: and your Virtual Account Number.
f. Tap "Submit" .
g. A prompt will appear confirming that your GCash Card has been successfully linked.

How to opt in to the raffle
a. Open the GCash app: and log in.
b. Tap on "Cards" .
c. A prompt will appear asking whether or not you want to opt into the raffle.
d. Click "Yes" and then "Done"

3. Winners of the ESports World Cup Experience in Riyadh and their companions must have an active passport with at least 6 months validity from September 30, 2025. If the drawn winner does not have an existing passport, another winner will be chosen from the reserve list drawn.

4. Eligible users will be given the corresponding amount of raffle entries the day after they do a successful GCash Visa Card transaction and opt in to join the raffle:

5. There is no limit to the number of raffle entries a user may acquire for Local (PH) and international payments within the promo period. A user may also only order a GCash Card once and so may only receive one raffle entry during the promo period.

6. Refunded transactions and fraudulent transactions are not eligible for raffle entries.
‍

7. After the promo ends and the winners have been selected, the winners will be notified via SMS, email, and post mail. The SMS, email, and post mail will specify the promo DTI permit number as well as the contact details of the representative they should be reaching out to for coordination and inquiries.
‍

8. The Promo period will run from April 15, 2025 to June 15, 2025.
‍

9. A participant can only win one Gaming House Experience package, Trip to Esports World Cup Riyadh 2025 package, steam code, shirt, desktop pad, or hoodie once throughout the whole campaign

10. Winners selection will be done via an online randomizer with a DTI representative present at 11:00am Manila Time on May 15, 2025 for the first raffle draw, at 11:00am Manila Time on May 30, 2025 for the second raffle draw, and at 11:00am Manila Time on June 18, 2025 for third raffle draw.
‍

11. The winners are expected to reply within 10 calendar days from the notification from GCash while actual handover of the prize will be done within 60 days upon notification. If there is no response from the winner within this period, the prize shall be forfeited and will be awarded to a back-up winner, which shall be determined in the presence of a DTI Representative.
‍

12. All raffle prizes except for the Esports World Cup package are non-transferable and not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items/ services.  
‍

13. The Esports World Cup package prize is transferable, but the original winner must submit an authorization letter along with valid IDs of both the original and new winners within 15 calendar days of receiving notification from GCash. The prize cannot be converted to cash or exchanged for other items or services. GCash and Visa reserve the right to verify the authenticity of the authorization letter.

14. Visa reserves the right to replace any of the prize values with equivalent alternatives in the event of lack of availability, e.g., 4-star hotel availability.
‍

15. Winners of the Gaming House experience and ESports World Cup packages must agree to attend the assigned Gaming House or Esports World Cup events and activities upon acceptance of the prize. Otherwise, another winner will be chosen.
‍

16. GCash reserves the right to not award, cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit to accounts that are proven to be invalid (i.e same user using a different mobile number winning more than once) or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
‍

17. All out-of-pocket expenses, spending money, meals, travel expenses, travel insurance and any other ancillary costs and expenses incurred by the Cardholder and their nominated guest that are related to the prize/tour are the responsibility of the Cardholder, where applicable.
‍

18. All travel insurance, personal passport, travel visa processing fees and other ancillary costs, except those explicitly stated in the “Prizes” section, to be incurred by the winners and their nominated companions are the responsibility of the winners and their nominated companions.
‍

19. In the event that the Trip to Riyadh winner is based outside of Metro Manila, the winner shall shoulder the transportation costs and all other travel expenses (hotel accommodations, food, etc.) in going to and from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila.
‍

20. The roundtrip economy class flights from Manila to Riyadh shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The winner shall travel in the 3rd or 4th week of July (date to be confirmed by May 15, 2025) in time for the ESports World Cup events and can no longer be extended or rebooked.
- Details of the winners will be provided by GCash to Visa on or before June 27, 2025 and cannot be amended thereafter.
- All flights are non-changeable, non-refundable and non-transferrable once ticketed.
- Flights shall be delivered by international carriers/airlines as available
- Only the cost of the flight is covered
- Other costs such as additional baggage costs beyond allocated baggage weight, terminal fees, incidental expenses while in transit, etc., are excluded
- Winners will be informed via email and Viber coordination on booking details for the flights.

21. GCash  reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions with prior approval of DTI.
‍

22. All GCash employees, their partners and affiliates, and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from winning the Dota 2 Experience 2025 Raffle prizes.
‍

23. 20% prize taxes shall be shouldered by GCash

24. The winners shall grant GCash and Visa the exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information, photographs and videos in connection with the promo for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, grant or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, website or social media pages. The winners may likewise be required to participate in publicity programs which GCashand/or Visa may organize. Expenses and/or costs for attending such functions shall be shouldered by the winners.

25. Upon claiming of the prize, the winners agree to free GCash and Visa from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prizes, provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the side of GCash or Visa. GCash and Visa shall not be held liable for any claim related to the raffle rewards.Consequently, GCash and Visa shall not entertain any request for indemnity of reimbursement accompanying such claim. II. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

1. After the promo has ended, GCash will collect all eligible raffle entries and choose the winners via a raffle draw using an online randomizer. This will be done in the presence of DTI, GCash (G-XChange Inc), and the Agency of GCash (VML Manila) at 11:00am Manila Time on May 15, 2025 for the first raffle draw, at 11:00am Manila Time on May 30, 2025 for the second raffle draw, and at 11:00am Manila Time on June 18, 2025 for third raffle draw. A list of ten (10) reserve winners per raffle draw will be selected as well, to be chosen in order, in the event that any of the original winners must forfeit the prize.

2. After the winners have been identified, this list of winners will be passed on to the GCash operations team for final risk verification.
‍

3. After passing risk checks, the winners will be notified that they have won by 5pm at June 23, 2025.
