Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with the promo, including but not limited to its interpretation, implementation, or participation, shall be determined solely by the bonds.ph. bonds.ph s decision in such matters shall be final and binding on all parties and not subject to further review or appeal.
We may notify you of any Cashbacks or reward to be received by you via Platform notifications or emails. However, we are not responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify. Please check your GBonds account and email messages regularly, including your “junk” folders.
The collection, use and disclosure of any personal data (including that of any eligible participant) will be subject to these General Terms and Conditions, and shall also include the GBonds Platform Terms and such terms may be amended from time to time.
We may collect, use, disclose or publish the eligible participant's personal information in order to process the disbursement and/or delivery, communication in connection with this promotion and for the purposes of administering the promotion in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If qualified participants are not willing to provide their personal information and other requested information, then we will not be able to process, disburse and/or deliver the Cashbacks or reward. By choosing to not provide the personal data, each eligible participant acknowledges and agrees that any of his/her entitlement to the Cashbacks or reward shall be forfeited and he/she shall release and discharge us from any obligations or liability in relation to it, and undertakes to not submit any claim to us with respect to any matter related to this promotion.
We shall not be liable for any variation in the Cashbacks or reward value, any tax liability incurred by or accrued to a participant or otherwise incurred or accrued in connection with this promotion, or the use of the Cashbacks or reward by the qualified participant.
