I. GENERAL MECHANICS
It’s Fun to Pay with GCash – 2025 Raffle Promo
This promo is open to all fully verified GCash users nationwide who opt in to join the raffle and make eligible transactions worth P50 and above using any of the following use cases: Scan to Pay, Webpay, GCash Card, Buy Load, Bills, Tap to Pay, and Watch Pay.
II. HOW TO JOIN
Users must go to the GDeals icon on the GCash app to access the campaign.

On the campaign page, users will see a list of prizes available to be won.
Users must select their preferred prize. This will redirect them to the corresponding Terms & Conditions page.
By clicking “Submit” after agreeing to the T&Cs (which include Data Privacy provisions), the user is officially registered for that prize draw.
Once registered, users can view:
Promo mechanics
Number of raffle entries earned
Corresponding raffle draw date
III. ELLIGIBILITY CRITERIA
This campaign is open to all fully verified GCash users.
Users must choose a prize through the GCash promo page to earn entries.
Every minimum single transaction worth ₱50 from any of the below eligible use cases earns one (1) raffle entry:
Prizes will refresh every two (2) weeks, with new sets of prizes introduced during the promo period.
Raffle draws are conducted every Wednesday, 4 business days after the prize registration period closes.
All raffle draws will be held in the presence of a DTI representative, where winners are randomly selected and validated.
GCash and/or its authorized agency will ensure full compliance with all DTI regulations during the drawing and validation process.
VIII. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
Winners will be announced via GCash’s official social media channels and the in-app promo page on Thursday or Friday following each draw.
Winners will be notified individually via the following channels:

IX. PRIZE REGISTRATION & CLAIMING
Users must opt in or register for the raffle during the registration window tied to each 2-week prize batch.
Winners must confirm their intent to claim within 10 calendar days of receiving the winner notification.
Coordination for prize claiming must be completed within 60 calendar days of confirmation, or the prize will be forfeited.
Trip to Seoul for Two and the Trip to Seoul + Busan for Two
Trip to Seoul and Trip to Seoul+Busan for Two includes the following:
Round trip airfare from Metro Manila, Clark, or Cebu
3-star Hotel Accommodation/s for 3-5 nights
KPOP-themed tour
Winners of the Trip to Seoul for Two and the Trip to Seoul + Busan for Two and their companions must have an active passport with at least 6 months validity from December 30, 2026. If the drawn winner does not have an existing passport, another winner will be chosen from the backup winner list drawn.
All out-of-pocket expenses, spending money, meals, travel expenses, travel insurance and any other ancillary costs and expenses incurred by the winners and their nominated guest that are related to the prize/tour are the responsibility of the winners, where applicable.
All travel insurance, personal passport, travel visa processing fees and other ancillary costs, except those explicitly stated in the “Prizes” section, to be incurred by the winners and their nominated companions are the responsibility of the winners and their nominated companions.
In the event that the Trip to Seoul for Two and the Trip to Seoul + Busan for Two winner is based outside of Metro Manila, Clark, or Cebu, the winner shall shoulder the transportation costs and all other travel expenses (hotel accommodations, food, etc.) in going to and from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila, Clark International Airport, or Cebu International Airport.
The roundtrip economy class airfare tickets from Manila to Incheon shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:
Once the winner has booked their flight in coordination with the travel agency, the booking can no longer be rebooked or extended. Any cancellations or changes will be subject to applicable fees, which must be shouldered by the winner. Flights are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Details of the winners will be provided by GCash to the travel agency on or before October 20, 2025 and cannot be amended thereafter.
All flights are non-changeable, non-refundable and non-transferrable once ticketed.
Flights shall be delivered by international carriers/airlines as available
Only the cost of the flight is covered. Other costs such as additional baggage costs beyond allocated baggage weight, terminal fees, incidental expenses while in transit, etc., are excluded
Winners will be informed via email on booking details for the flights.

Eligibility of Minors or GCash Jr. Account owners: Minors are allowed to join the promo, provided that in the event they win, the claiming of prizes must be done by a parent or legal guardian. The representative must present a valid government-issued ID, the minor’s PSA-issued birth certificate, and a notarized parental consent or authorization letter.
There is no limit to the number of raffle entries a user may acquire for Local (PH) and international payments within the promo period.
Refunded transactions and fraudulent transactions are not eligible for raffle entries.
After the promo ends and the winners have been selected, the winners will be notified via email and GCash app inbox.
The Promo period will run from August 15, 2025 to October 2, 2025.
Winners selection will be done via an online randomizer with a DTI representative present following the Schedule of Raffle Draws above.
The winners are expected to reply within 10 calendar days from the notification from GCash while actual handover of the prize will be done within 60 days upon notification. If there is no response from the winner within this period, the prize shall be forfeited and will be awarded to a back-up winner, which shall be determined in the presence of a DTI Representative.
All physical and cash prizes are non-transferable, non-convertible to other items or services, and non-replaceable. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
GCash reserves the right to not award, cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit to accounts that are proven to be invalid (i.e same user using a different mobile number winning more than once) or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
GCash reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions with prior approval of DTI.
All GCash employees, their partners and affiliates, and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from winning the It's Fun to GCash with Pay it, Win It! Raffle prize.
20% prize taxes shall be shouldered by GCash
The winners shall grant GCash the exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information, photographs and videos in connection with the promo for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, grant or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, website or social media pages. The winners may likewise be required to participate in publicity programs which GCash may organize. Expenses and/or costs for attending such functions shall be shouldered by the winners.
Upon claiming the prize, the winners agree to free GCash from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prizes, provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the side of GCash. GCash shall not be held liable for any claim related to the raffle rewards. Consequently, GCash shall not entertain any request for indemnity of reimbursement accompanying such claim.
