Promo is open only to eligible GCash users who are selected to be part of this experiment. The selected users are those who received the SMS on April 18, 2024 pertaining to this incentive.
A user’s GGives transaction will only qualify if it meets the following criteria:
1. User is part of the selected experiment base and received the qualifying SMS on April 18, 2024.
2. User must transact using GGives for the first time during the promo period April 18-30, 2024.
3. The GGives loan tenor (i.e., number of months to pay) chosen for the transaction must be correct, as indicated in the qualifying SMS.
If a user’s transaction qualifies, the user must pay on time for their GGives loan until the second to last installment, in order to qualify for a free last installment.
The user’s payment schedule shows how much to pay and when to pay every month. This is always available on the GCash app through the following steps:
1. Open the GCash app. Tap the Borrow icon, then tap GGives. You should be redirected to the GGives dashboard.
2. Under “My Loans” you should be able to see the transactions you paid using GGives. Click on a loan account.
3. Then click on “Payment Schedule” to view.
If a user qualifies for a free last installment, they will receive a notification before their last installment is due.
The Last Installment Free incentive is only applicable to one transaction and it must be the user’s first ever GGives transaction.
The user’s transaction will no longer be qualified for last installment free, if the transaction has been canceled, refunded, or paid off/settled early.
GCash reserves the right and has the authority to deny rewards for incorrect user data, fraudulent transactions, infringement on the terms of use, or other illegal actions as mandated by Philippine law.

Selected users can get their last installment for free if they repay on time for their first GGives loan. Users are eligible to join if they received the qualifying SMS on April 18, 2024. Their first GGives transaction must be on April 18-30, 2024 with the correct loan tenor as indicated on the qualifying SMS. If a user pays on time until their second to last installment, their last installment will be free.

Eligible users can avail of the promo by following the steps below:

1. Transact with GGives for the first time on April 18-30, 2024 and choose the correct loan tenor (number of months to pay) as indicated in the SMS.

2. The cashback will be credited to the user’s GCash wallet within thirty (30) business days after the promo period ends.

3.Pay on time for your GGives loan until the second to last installment

The selected users must use GGives for the first time on April 18-30, 2024.

If you successfully qualify, you will receive an SMS notification before your last installment is due. From there, you will no longer need to pay for your last installment and your loan is considered paid off. Make sure to read the SMS carefully for any further instructions.

Any person or entity professionally connected with the promotion; and any person prohibited from participating in the Promotion under any statute, law, regulation, ordinance, rule, directive, guideline, policy, requirement, or other governmental restriction or any similar form of decision, or determination by, or any interpretation or administration of any of the foregoing by the Philippines or any instrumentality thereof.
