- Promo Period is from January 15, 2024 to February 15, 2024, 11:59 PM.
- Open to verified GCash users who have never made any pay bills transactions with Bill Protect.
- The participants get a chance to win up to P3,000 when you pay your bills for at least P1,000 via GCash with Bill protect for the first time.
- The user must complete the pay bills with Bill Protect transaction to receive the reward/voucher.
- The reward/voucher is valid and can be redeemed within 2 months from the date of receipt.

How to Claim Prize?
- The user must complete the pay bills with Bill Protect transaction to receive the reward/voucher.
- An eligible user will be notified by online channels and in-app/external ad regarding the pay bills with Bill Protect promo. For the winners who won the major prize, they will notify on their registered mail.
- The redemption period is within Sirty (60) days from the receipt of registered mail.
- Once claimed, the additional amount on their wallet can be used for any transactional purposes in the app.
Terms and Conditions
- This promo is open to verified GCash users who have never made any pay bills transactions with Bill Protect from January 15, 2024 to February 15, 2024. (“Eligible Users”).
- The fully-verified user should pay the P1,000 bill one time to qualify for the promo.
- You can only win one cash voucher.
- The voucher will be made valid up to no expiration.
- A customer must have a fully-verified, active GCash account after the promo duration.
- A total of five (5) winners receive Php3,000 voucher, ten (10) winners receive Php1,000 voucher, a hundred (100) winners receive Php100 voucher, a thousand (1000) winners receive Php50 voucher and ten thousand (10,000) winners receive Php10 voucher for bills paid with Bill Protect on GCash. This will be credited to his/her GCash account between Feb. 16, 2024 to March 31, 2024 (“Crediting Period”).If the participant has not received the reward within 3-5 working days, let us know at https://gcash.com/promos/
- Are there individuals who are not eligible to join the promo? Yes, the following individuals are NOT eligible to join the promo:
7.1 Employees, affiliates, subsidiary companies, and representatives of GCash. Partner agents of GCash, Insurance Company of North America (a Chubb Company) including affiliates and subsidiary companies.
7.2 Any person or entity professionally connected with the promotion; and any person prohibited from participating in the Promotion under any statute, law, 8.2 regulation, ordinance, rule, directive, guideline, policy, requirement, or other governmental restriction or any similar form of decision, or determination by, or any interpretation or administration of any of the foregoing by the Philippines or any instrumentality thereof.
7.3 Users who engage in fraud or any form of promo abuse, and those barred from promotional activities.7.4 Users who have not received the message instructions by GCash. - In case of dispute concerning the GCash subscriber’s eligibility, actual SMS and in-app/external ads, etc, GCash’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the threat holder’s eligibility for the promo or any redemption shall be resolved by GCash at its discretion.
- GCash reserves the right and has the authority to deny rewards for incorrect user data, fraudulent transactions, infringement on the terms of use, or other illegal actions as mandated by Philippine law.
- Participating billers are all billers (new and existing billers) under GCash Pay bills. You may find the list of billers in the GCash app.
- GCash and Insurance Company of North America (a Chubb Company) employees will not be eligible to join this raffle promo.
