OVERVIEW: All eligible GCash users  can get a raffle entry to the  20th Grand Giveaway after logging in to the GCash app from Oct 10-31 and shaking their phone.

HOW TO JOIN:

1. Customer to log in to GCash App
2. All eligible customers will encounter various in-app touch points-such as masthead, pop-up banner, action card, push notification, and app inbox message.
3. After clicking the in-app touchpoint, users will be able to access the main promo landing page with instructions on how to join.
4. Customers should then shake or tap their device to get a raffle entry for a chance to win a prize during the raffle draw.
5. Each unique user can get a maximum of 1 raffle entry/day by shaking or tapping their device in the promo landing page.
6. Winners will be drawn during the designated draw dates through an online randomizer tool, and with a DTI representative present.
7. GCash reserves the right and has the authority to conduct audits and/or to deny rewards for incorrect user data, fraudulent transactions, infringement on the terms of use, or other illegal actions as mandated by Philippine law.
8. Each unique customer can only win once throughout the whole campaign period.

PRIZES WITH SPECIFICATIONS:

NOTIFICATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

The winners will be notified via the following channels:

• Push notification, e-mail, app inbox message will be sent to the winner’s GCash account

• Registered Mail that will be sent to the winner’s registered and verified address.
• Upon verification, winners' names will also be published on GCash’s official social media pages, website, and/or other channels.

HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZES?

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

1. Each unique customer can only win once throughout the whole campaign period.
   1. Once a customer has won, their mobile and/or account number(s) will be removed from the raffle draw pool for the remaining raffle prizes
2. Raffle Prizes are STRICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE and CANNOT be converted to cash.
3. A DTI Representative will be invited to verify the system and during the raffle draw. The Raffle Draw will be done digitally, over Google Meet, which will be attended by GCash Representative/s, Agency representative/s, DTI representative/s
4. Customers hereby allow the use of their name and mobile number provided to GCash. to be used only for the purposes of verification of identity, winners’ names via social media announcement post/s and seeding of prizes.
5. All winners shall be called by GCash’s 3rd party agency to validate customer details and inform them that they have won a prize. 
6. GCash will never ask to divulge the winners’ password, OTP, MPINS or surrender SIM as part of claiming their prize.
7. All winners are subject to verification and only account holders may win.
8. For prizes worth more than PHP 10,000, the 20% Prize Tax will be paid by GCash.
9. Redemption or claiming of prizes is within 60 days upon receipt of notification from GCash.
10. GCASH CREDITS
    1. Winners must have a fully-verified GCash account to claim the prize. 
    2. In case the customer does not have a GCash account, he/she must download the GCash app, create an account, and get fully verified. 
11. The customer is required to take full responsibility and liability for the information provided by them under the terms and conditions of the GCash Grand Giveaway 2024. GCash and its agency reserves the right to verify the information provided by the participants. Failure to verify information will result in disqualification with prior DTI approval.
12. GCash reserves the right to not award, cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit to accounts that are proven to be invalid (i.e same user using a different mobile number winning more than once) or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).

‍How will I know if I have won in the Raffle? The winners will be sent a push notification, an in-app message, and an e-mail  about the prize they won. ‍The names of the winners will also be published via GCash’s social media channels, as well as notified via text or call from an official GCash agency to verify their details.

‍When will I get my prize?

‍Prizes will be delivered/may be claimed within 60 days from receipt of notification from GCash that you have won.

I have the screenshot of the prize but it belongs to my friend/another mobile number, can I claim it for him?

‍Unfortunately, the prize will only be awarded to the confirmed winner. The winner must provide authorization and consent to use or change their mobile number for seeding or complete address for delivery during the verification call.
